On the wedding day

• Service of a wedding planner / onsite coordinator
• Wedding location decorated in white 
• Arch for the ceremony
• Non-denominational minister to preform ceremony
• 1 bridal bouquet (roses or tropical flowers)
• 1 boutoniere (roses or tropical flowers)
• Audio system for the ceremony
• Toast of sparkling wine after the ceremony
• Wedding cake
• Special dinner in one of our a la carte restaurants (subject to availability for groups less than 30 people)
• Special decoration in the room with rose petals

After the wedding day

• Breakfast in the room for the newlyweds
• Late check out until 3:00 pm (subject to availability)

Notes:

• Dinner for more than 30 people, please verify restriction with the wedding department.
• Wedding package inclusions cannot be exchanged for other services.
• In case of bad weather the ceremony on the beach will be moved to a backup.
• The wedding cannot be cancelled; once the packages and extras are paid they are not refundable.
• Wedding packages are for clients staying at Occidental Caribe. Guest not staying at the resort and attending the wedding must pay a day pass.
• Rooms are not included in the wedding package.
• US$300.00 deposit is required for this wedding package. Weddings packages prices are subject to changes.
