Upon your arrival:

• Late check out until 03:00 pm (subject to availability)

Wedding day:

• Service of a wedding planner / onsite coordinator
• Ceremony Location
• Huppa for ceremony
• Sound system during the ceremony
• Ceremony Table with white linen for the ceremony
• Banquet Chair with white covers for the ceremony
• Chair sashes for the ceremony
• Sparkling wine toast (for up to 20 people)
• One- tiered wedding cake (for up to 20 people)
• Area reserved for dinner in one of the a la carte restaurants (Subject to availability for groups less than 20 people)

After the wedding:

• Breakfast in the room for the newlyweds, the morning after.

Restrictions: 

• For obtaining this package you must reserve 70 rooms nights at The Occidental Punta Cana
• Rooming list is requiered.
• Dinner from 21 people onwards check conditions with the wedding department. 

Notes:

• Minister and Judge applies additional cost
• Wedding package inclusions cannot be exchanged for other services.
• In case of bad weather it will be moved to a back up.
• The wedding cannot be cancelled; once the packages and extras are paid they are not refundable.
• Wedding packages are for clients staying at Occidental. Punta Cana. Guest not staying at the resort and attending the wedding must pay a day pass.
• Rooms are not included in the wedding package.
• Deposit required is US$300. Deposit it is not refundable in case of cancelation. Weddings packages prices are subject to changes.
