Upon Arrival

Wedding Day

• Service of a wedding planner / onsite coordinator.
• Wedding location decorated in white
• Arch for the ceremony
• Table and chairs with white covers and chair sashes (colors subject to availability)
• Non-denominal minister to perform ceremony
• 1 bridal bouquet and groom boutonniere (roses or tropical flowers)
• Centerpiece for the ceremony table
• Sound system during the ceremony 
• Live music for cocktail hour (saxophonist)
• Toast for sparkling wine after the ceremony
• Cocktail hour with cold hors d´oeuvres for the ceremony day
• Wedding cake
• Special dinner in one of our a la carte restaurants (subject yo availability for groups less than 50 people)
• Special decoration in the room with rose petals
• Spa services for the bride: hair, make up, manicure & pedicure

After the wedding day

• Breakfast in bed the morning after the wedding.
• Dinner on the beach for the couple
• Late check out until 3:00 p.m. (subject to availability)

Notes :

• Dinner for more than 50 people, please verify restriction with the wedding department.
• Wedding package inclusions cannot be exchanged for other services.
• In case of bad weather the ceremony on the beach will be moved to a backup.
• The wedding cannot be cancelled; once the packages and extras are paid they are not refundable.
• Wedding packages are for clients staying at Occidental Caribe. Guest not staying at the resort and attending the wedding must pay a day pass.
• Rooms are not included in the wedding package.
• US$300.00 deposit is required for this wedding package. Weddings packages prices are subject to changes.
